Prof. Dr. Ravi Kumar Chittoria is a highly accomplished Senior Professor of Plastic Surgery and Associate Dean (Academic) at JIPMER, Government of India, with over 25 years of clinical, academic, and research experience. He holds MBBS, MS, MCh, DNB, PhD, DSc, and more than 15 international fellowships, including FRCS (Edin & Glas) and FACS (USA). A pioneer in the field, he performed India’s first successful cadaveric bilateral hand transplantation in a government institution and has developed 23+ clinical innovations, patents, and digital tools in plastic surgery.

Dr. Chittoria has authored 18 textbooks, 11 manuals, 6 book chapters, and published over 803 peer-reviewed articles, with extensive editorial roles across 100+ journals. He has chaired 76+ scientific sessions, organized over 1,000 conferences, and serves as advisor, examiner, and board member across numerous national bodies.

His leadership spans clinical excellence, academia, telemedicine, regenerative medicine, burns, cleft care, and research, making him one of India’s most distinguished contributors to modern plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Kamran Mansouri, PhD, is an accomplished Professor of Molecular Medicine and senior researcher at the Medical Biology Research Center, Health Technology Institute, Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences (Kermanshah, Iran). He earned his PhD in Molecular Medicine from Tehran University of Medical Sciences (Iran) and serves as Head of the Department of Molecular Medicine. His research expertise spans angiogenesis, cancer biology, stem cells, exosomes, and regenerative medicine, and he has contributed extensively to scientific knowledge with over 200 publications and significant citations, reflecting active engagement in both basic and translational biomedical research. His work includes studies on tumor biology, cell therapy, molecular mechanisms of disease, and therapeutic strategies in oncology and regenerative medicine.
